After a long talk with some users I decided to close the forum for now and focus only on the blog. Of course that will meant that we will enchant it a bit with some plug-ins that will add more options to your profiles and such.
I want to thank every member of the forum for their contributions, we will restore the forum if there is a need for it.

I think that’s very brave of you to make that decision to close the forum. Blogs can be very involved but I think it’s very responsible of you to close the forum if you feel like you cannot dedicate as much time into it. Too many administrators out there rely on members to keep communities alive but as the admin you are essentially the heart that needs to keep blood flowing. You have great articles posted on here. Keep up the great work.
Thank you for the positive feedback. It was a hard decision since this is my first time running a blog as my main focus (it would be the other way around usually). It was a hard decision but it had to be done.

I think closing the forum was a fair idea. The Writing Hut is an amazing blog that has all the attention. I don’t think you need a forum to go with it. All the writers on TWH take time and pleasure to write their articles. Why would there be a forum to go with it? If users want to make remarks about your article or your blog in general, they can post a comment. The Writing Hut is an amazing and orginial blog and it needs all the attention it can get.
The goal of the forum was to let users debate things easier and give us more detailed information to use for articles. But I guess you are right, the blog needs our full attention 🙂
