First of all you can’t judge the persons qualifications based on skin color or gender, that’s sexist and racist.
Second of all, university can be good and it can be bad it all depends from the individual who’s asked. For me university life was fun but I glad that I will finish it this summer, I will get my degree and move on to study for a Masters Degree.
Of course most of the people don’t care about it. They are there to learn, most of them also have jobs. I will use one of the tumblrets favorite terms to explain the situation:

Showing racism or inequality at school or a college is highly inappropriate. White people are no different than African Americans, Asians, etc. We’re all people; why can’t we all be treated the same? Yes, racism ended several years ago, but it’s still a problem today. Many white people refer African Americans as “black” or “nigga,” and they make a joke out of it. Every single person on Earth should have the same human rights as everyone else. I’m not sure why this is a problem anymore, because most of the people have learned that racism and segregation isn’t right in today’s world.
